Examples of projects completed in the last two years

The study property located in Sainte-Lucie-des-Laurentides, Quebec, with an approximate area of 20,169.80 m2. The Phase I environmental study consisted in identifying, through various methods of visual observation and documentary research, the various potential or existing sources of contamination on the property or neighboring properties that could have an environmental impact on the property under study.

The methodology followed in this mandate is based on the CSA Z-768-01 standard set by the Canadian Standards Association. The Phase I study included historical research and a site visit to inspect the inventory.

Environmental site assessment project phase 1 - Sainte-Lucir-des-Laurentides

This project was executed alongside Brookfield on behalf of Public Works Canada. It consists of characterizing soils after an environmental assessment conducted by WSP Canada Inc. We conducted 150 drill holes and we analyzed 2,000 soil samples.

Phase II environmental characterization of Government properties in Ottawa, Ontario

Our mandate was to excavate contaminated soil beyond residential criterion 'B'. The project was followed by a phase I and phase II environmental characterization for a potential residential construction project.

Project - Decontamination of a service station in Laval

Energy efficient building: Energy audit, supervision of the implementation of energy efficiency measures and monitoring of energy consumption.

Located on Papineau Avenue in Montreal, QC, Buanderie Laser Inc. is considered one of the largest industrial laundries in Montreal. Our mandate was an energy audit to choose energy efficiency measures that will have a direct effect on the energy economy. Calculations have shown an annual saving potential of around $ 93k.
